  i feel like i got scam after trying to send a package here. I walk inside the store and I was looking at the boxes To send a return that was quite expensive and it needed it to be delivered with perfect conditions, After wandering around looking at the boxes one the employees told me to leave the boxes alone and that he would do a box for me. He took some measurements on the package then He charged me for the box that i was supposed to be buying, took the package from to the back and saying that he will do the tag and the box for me sending me home. Later that day, I got a notification saying that the package has been processed. Perfect. Everything fine. Few days later, I check my mailbox and surprisingly I find a package that was supposed to be sending back. this means that he never put a package in the box like he said and just scannee the pag .The box was no longer wiht conditions like the way i delivered to them they just wrapped it with tape.

  The best mail service ever. The two gentlemen who work here are the most efficient and effective employees ever. No small talk but they address everything I might ever need.

  Would not take my package return for Amazon because they are a franchise store Edit response to owner: the package was adequately covered, the UPS store in Wallingford was very helpful and took it as is, just needed the label taped on. I'm disappointed with the customer service at this location and will not be back. Every other UPS location has always been willing to help, i was shocked at the abrasion at this location. If your thinking of coming to this location i would highly recommend any other one in the area because this one created problems out of nothing!
