  Just FYI this place does not open until 11:30am on Saturdays and noon on Sundays. So … no real review as apparently they’re rarely here so can’t speak to service. But, certainly inconvenient.

  Amazing service at this store. Over the last year, the people are more friendly, more helpful, more engaging, and just overall make it a joy to come in the store.

  I have never had a problem with the UPS store. We do a lot of business With them shipping service.

  Javier At the Broadway location in Seattle. Gave amazing customer service. As a chronic procrastinator, I needed business cards made up quickly as I was leaving out of the country in 3 days. Realizing he would not be able to get them done in time and delivered to the store, he got on the phone called another location that was able to do it. He walked me through the process of how to send my information to the other store to be able to get my cards in time. He is an absolute gem and amazing at customer service.

  Everyone at this UPS store are friendly and helpful. I come in often and see them work hard when it gets busy to try to get to customers as quickly as possible. Javier is one of my favorite employees and he always goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I've never seen him flustered when its busy and he tries to get to every customer as quickly as possible. I know it can't be easy when customers are short tempered or in a hurry but everyone here is always kind and patient. So kudos to them, and give them a smile back next time you have to drop off packages at the UPS.
