This UPS location prints on site, so turnaround time is quicker than the stores in the area. I was putting together a program for my grandmother’s funeral and the employees here truly went above and beyond to help me get it just right.

This place gets a lot of negative reviews. But not today. I had a couple of returns and the line was long but the staff of 2 took the time to be efficient even when people were fumbling with their phones not knowing how to find QR codes, etc. the young man was patient with everyone while the young woman worked behind the scenes making sure every item was accounted for. When my time came, I was the lady fumbling with my phone because the darn QR code was not displaying. The young man didn’t send me to the back of the line, he gave me time to figure it out while he took other customers. At the end, it all worked out. He was kind, patient and pleasant.

This store is such an unpleasant experience. They are consistently understaffed. There is always a line. Not only is there a line, but there is no clear place to stand - people come in and ask where the line ends. Other customers help to direct them. Staff tend to not even acknowledge the questions customers ask seeking for direction of where to stand when they enter. The worst part is the staff seem to always be in a terrible mood. They also seem troubled and put out by any questions or requests. It’s a convenient location if you live in SE Seattle, but that’s really all it offers. There is also next to no parking. Overall a really unpleasant experience. I avoid this UPS if at all possible. In fact I drive all the way to southcenter to use the UPS location there more often than not, simply to avoid the pain of this store. The only reason I use this one if because it’s conveniently located on my way to work. Try a different location if possible.

Fantastic service. From Moe and the other lady working today. They were having an issue with another customer and they were handling like a champ. They were also amazing with my issue. Surprised that I had to leave a AMAZING review. Fantastic job.
Trying to get an answer to a question but they never answer the phone. The voice message has the audacity to say they look forward to speaking with us and leave message. 4 messages left over the course of two months. None returned. Same for an email I sent. I am in a wheelchair, use a ride service and can’t easily go in. Now, I’ll never find out, because I’ve been understaffed in similar jobs but I’ve never been that unprofessional.
