  ★★★★★ I had a wonderful experience at the Queen Anne UPS Store this afternoon! I came in with a return that needed printed label and to be shipped, and Margie was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I also had a separate USPS return that I hadn’t been able to get done because of their limited hours, and she helped me take care of that as well using their USPS drop box. She made what could have been two separate errands incredibly easy and efficient in one stop. Really appreciate her excellent customer service — she deserves to be recognized!

  Thank you, Derek Decker, for your wonderful help at UPS! We arrived exactly at 6:00 PM for a notary service, and Derek was so kind and patient in helping us even though we arrived right at closing time. We truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Derek.

  This UPS store is in my neighborhood, and I truly appreciate the excellent service they provide. The employees always go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. I have consistently had positive interactions with the team here—they are friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s refreshing to see such dedication and care in customer service. Highly recommend this location!
