  I had a package that wasn't going to end up getting delivered. I called customer service a few times and they said they would call me back but didn't and it seemed like they told me that to get me to go away. I was very upset and I called this store and spoke to Evan, one of the managers in the area, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was so patient, kind, and understanding and an absolute asset to UPS. I am sure if they are smart UPS is paying him what he is worth. People like Evan are what make the world a good place to live in and any company would be beyond lucky to have him on their side.

  I went to this UPS Store to send important documents and clearly stated there was a deadline. I paid over $100 for Priority shipping (3–5 business days). After 5 business days, tracking still showed “Label Created” with no movement. I contacted and visited the store for help locating the package, but was told there was limited action they could take. I requested that they check store logs and recordings. The manager said he would look into whether the package had been properly handed off and would follow up the same day, but I received no update and had to call again the next day. Communication and follow-up were limited throughout the process, and the issue remains unresolved. The package is still lost with no clear update provided. The store owner offered a refund for the shipping cost, but the package itself was never located. It felt like the focus was more on refunding the payment than recovering the missing shipment. I’ve used multiple shipping locations in the area without issues and have never had a package go missing before. This was my first experience at this UPS Store, and unfortunately it was a complete miss. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  Showed up on a Saturday at 9 am. Hours posted on the door and on Google both say 9 am opening. No one in the store and a line of at least 5 people waiting. Looks like this isn’t the first occurrence and not a great way to run a business.
