    Today around 1-1:15PM, I brought my item in for a return. If there is security footage, you should be able to see me. I am an asian, and I waited in line for a few minutes to return a small item. There were only two employees at the front counter, and the taller employee was the one who assisted me. He told me that in order to return the item, I needed to purchase an additional box to pack it properly. However, my item was already in its own package, and based on my understanding, I should have been able to simply drop it off with the return QR code. I felt like he was intentionally trying to make me buy something unnecessary. I did not argue with him at the time, but I do not believe what he did was correct. After that, I went to another UPS location, and the return was completed smoothly with no issue at all. I did not need to purchase any additional box — they simply scanned the QR code and accepted the return. I noticed that the owner seems to genuinely care about customer reviews because I do see the owner comment, so I believe this situation should be taken seriously. Your employee was very unprofessional, and it felt like he was intentionally making things difficult for me. Thank you for your time to read it.

    Fine place to do an online return since you can usually do it with zero staff interaction, otherwise avoid. Many of the staff here seem on the edge of an explosive rage, and are unhelpful and aggressive throughout the interaction. Based on the now late arrival of my package, it also appears they will just say whatever to complete the transaction and rush you out the door. I asked what my options were to get a package to arrive by a specific date, the employee wordlessly just put something into the computer and the computer indicated I owed $26. I asked again whether it would arrive when needed and got a vaguely non-committal answer. Turns out I should've insisted as the package is now late!
