  Horrible customer service good luck being a man or a person of color trying to get any service here is asking way too much. There are some older gentleman on staff in this location and they really are the kind the give terrible service to everyone except the ones they like most, if even them. Anyway just avoid this sh**show store altogether and find another nearby place to mail, I suggest fedex or any other mailer than ups store cause most of them in Seattle are awful like this. Back home it was way different and they actually were cool but not here. One star.

  The freight shipping service at this store was handled perfectly. They explained the process clearly and made sure my shipment was managed carefully. Yuliya provided excellent assistance and made the experience stress-free. Great service and very professional staff.

  Stop by the UPS store today to see how much it cost to deliver a package. It was for a warranty return. unfortunately the cost of the shipping did not make sense to send. so I decided not to send the part. The customer service that I received from John was amazing. He took the time to explain to me my options. Even helped me try to find a solution. Both of the associates working at this time seemed very customer service base and want to make sure that everyone experience at this store was a positive one.
