  I've never had an issue getting subway in person until today. I picked up subway on the way to work today and decided I wanted to treat myself to a cookie as well. I bite into a piece and I find multiple strands of hair in my cookie. Unfortunately it was too late as I had noticed after already taking a bite out of the piece that has been pictured. Meaning I ATE HAIR. I called the store to let them know and the guy on the phone says "I don't understand what do you mean theres hair in your cookie, what do you want me to do about it, we can give you a free cookie" I don't want a free cookie especially not when they potentially have hair in them. I want you to understand that I ate somebody's hair and that could make me very sick and not only that but its straight up DISGUSTING. Get your priorities straightened out.

  I had to pay for my food before I can use the restroom. I suggest an employee that's fluent in english and is use to the American way.
