Extremely disappointing experience — poor service and portions
This was easily one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I made an effort to be polite and friendly, but I was basically blown off and met with an unfriendly glare.
I was also refused use of the bathroom, which was frustrating as a paying customer.
The biggest issue was the sandwich itself. I ordered a full-size sub, but the amount of chicken I received looked like a portion for a 6-inch sandwich that had simply been spread across the entire footlong. The result was an extremely skimpy sandwich that did not feel remotely worth what I paid for it.
Bad portions can happen and mistakes can be fixed, but combined with the dismissive attitude and poor customer service, this was an especially unpleasant experience.
Based on my visit, I would not recommend this Subway location on Holman Road if you care about getting a reasonable portion for your money or being treated courteously as a customer. I certainly won't be choosing this location again.
I stopped at this Subway because I was nearby and had a coupon. Before ordering, I asked the employee twice if they accepted coupons, and both times he said yes. Based on that, I ordered a 6-inch tuna sandwich.
While he was making my sandwich, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. When it was time to pay, he suddenly told me the coupon didn't work. I rarely eat at Subway, had never used this coupon before, and I had already checked that it doesn't expire until next week.
I told him that if the coupon wasn't accepted, I no longer wanted the sandwich. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he looked at me disrespectfully and then decided to honor the coupon price anyway. I felt pressured into buying the sandwich after the way he handled the situation.
Then, when I asked for a cup of ice only, he laughed at me. I asked him what was funny about a customer requesting ice. There was absolutely no reason to be rude or disrespectful.
I've been to other Subway locations, including the one I usually visit, and I've never experienced this kind of behavior. Customer service should be courteous and respectful, not filled with attitude and laughter at customers. I will not be returning to this location. If you're going to laugh, laugh at yourself—not at your customers.

The employees at this specific location are so rude no matter how you approach. I only come to this location about once a week but they really need some more training or more time interacting socially on a basic level. They also need a basic training on how the sandwiches are made. This guy argued that I didnt tell him to toast my meatball sub when thats literally in the basic instructions of the sandwich. He tried to belittle me and tell me I need to instruct him on these things. Its a part of the online order automatically. All this and yall have the nerve to ask for tips for these people??

I ordered a sandwich online today 7/6/2026 from this store , and when I received it, I wanted to sit at a table inside the store to eat it. The employee rudely kicked me out, telling me I couldn't eat inside since I had ordered online. Is this really your policy, Subway management? I hope you hire people who know how to treat customers with respect.

Excessively high prices, small portions, and poor service. They don’t put the proper amount of ingredients, and they can’t even cut the bread correctly. I’ve visited other locations and never had this problem. I do not recommend this place, and I will not be coming back.
