  I ordered and paid for my phone through the Subway app, when I get to the store to pick it up so show the cashier lady my order on the app and she refuses to give me my food at first. She says the app isn’t proof enough and that she needs to see if the name on my id matches the name on my subway account and order. I am trans and do not use the name on my id, that is my deadname and I have been unable to legally change it as of now. I showed her my name on my phone settings and was able to get my food I paid for after a too long conversation. But overall I should never have had to go through all of that just to get my food, I had all the order details pulled up on my phone when I arrived and have never had to show my id at a Subway before. It was not disclosed my id would be needed before I paid and ordered online. It was highly invasive and unprofessional to ask and for a large variety of reasons people might not be able to have an id or one that matches their name on the app.

  Gal running the joint is running it like a non-American train. By that I mean on time! My custom sandwich was perfect. I got nice service and left a tip cause she working hard! Restaurant was clean, restroom was clean and my sandwich was clean yo!
