  Came to pick up my order but the hispanic lady there said my order was already picked up. She gave my order to a stranger without confirming who was picking up first. When I came to pick up, she told me to confirm my order through the app but there wasn’t a confirm button through the app. Had to wait there as she was making a new sandwich then she didn’t want to give me the new order. Back and forth for 20 minutes then she finally gave me my order. It should’ve been clear when I told her my name and my order. Whoever came to pick up obviously didn’t give her the name nor the order. Very unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when I tipped her as well.

  The Indian guy making my sandwich was on a call with his AirPods in the whole time; my food probably got sprayed with his saliva—it was absolutely disgusting, and I won't be going back to this place.
