The Indian guy making my sandwich was on a call with his AirPods in the whole time; my food probably got sprayed with his saliva—it was absolutely disgusting, and I won't be going back to this place.

Visited during my lunch break and the employee working ignored me the entire time. He wasn’t on break bcuz he was organizing the drinks so I don’t know why he did not want anything to do with me. I wasted my lunch break on terrible service.

Food was hot, but out of ingrediants. My order was messed up. The person in front of me's order was messed up, and the person in front of that's order was messed up. I put in a mobile order, and he didnt start making it until I showed up to pick it up.

I had a very disappointing experience at your Subway location. During my visit, I requested that the employee change their gloves before preparing my food, which is a basic hygiene expectation. The employee refused and instead told me that I could leave if I was not comfortable.
This behavior was unprofessional and concerning from a food safety standpoint. Customers should feel confident that proper hygiene practices are being followed, especially when handling food.
I hope this issue is addressed promptly, and that staff are reminded of the importance of cleanliness and respectful customer service.
