  I ordered three separate 6-inch Value Ham & Salami subs advertised at $4.99 each. The cashier instead charged me for one 12-inch sub at $13.79 and only one 6-inch Value sub at $4.99, for a total of $20.77 with tax. I immediately asked him to correct the charge, but he refused and said it was “the same thing.” The total amount of food may be the same, but the price is not, and I specifically ordered three separate $4.99 sandwiches. Very disappointing customer service.

  I have visited this restaurant many times, and most of the staff are friendly, especially the women who work here. The owner has always been kind to me. However, today I had a very disappointing experience with one of the male employees. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in an aggressive way and even used insulting words such as “stupid” and other offensive language. No customer should be treated like that. I hope the owner will address this issue because this employee’s behavior does not represent good customer service. I enjoy coming to this restaurant, but I expect to be treated with respect.

  They are scamming people by charging extra until someone asks specifically about the charges then they go ahead and adjust it. They charge different prices each time for the same thing. Subway needs to look into this.
