  The reviews about the rude staff seem to be quite accurate, as I experienced it firsthand. The bearded staff member who served me had a lot of attitude and was quite rude. I really like Subway, but unfortunately, the negative vibe and poor customer service at this location made the experience very unpleasant.

  I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. The employees are courteous and competent - I don’t expect them to kiss my toes and weep from gratitude just because I ordered a sandwich. The sandwich person was polite, my order was correct, and the amount of meat and veggies was correct. As I ate my sandwich, someone came in barking orders at him and shoving a phone in his face - if the employees here don’t seem overly cheerful, that’s your reason why. Even then, he was immaculately polite and treated them with far more courtesy and patience than I think most people would have. The store is very clean, like “you could eat off the floor” clean. I never thought I would say that about a fast food place, much less in Seattle. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The piped in generic pop music was awful, though.

  Staff are down to earth. I hate the music that plays inside. Love the smell of any Subway, prices are...eh, the meal deal is good but aside from that, I mean come on just lower the prices a little, why so stingy, we're all poor and hungry ok. Atmosphere is chill. I would rather spend money on food here before a movie then at the concession stand.

  The veggie sub with veggie patty was good. Unfortunately, the clerk, was rushed and hard to understand.
