Really? $5.99 for this is not exactly a bargain. I also know I should have four meatballs with a 6”. And unfortunately, that is the end of my relationship with this Subway.

I had a very frustrating experience with a mobile pickup order at this Subway location. When I arrived, there was already a group of customers waiting—some said they had been waiting for over an hour just to receive their orders. It was clear the store was completely overwhelmed and disorganized.
After waiting, I was told that my order had been given to someone else by mistake. On top of that, the store had run out of bread, so they couldn’t even remake my order. When I asked for a cancellation and refund, the employee said they couldn’t process refunds and refused to help further.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability—when I asked for the employee’s name, they refused to provide it.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. The mobile ordering system clearly isn’t being managed properly at this location, and customer service was disappointing. I ended up paying for food I never received. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don’t go through the same frustration.
