    I was a paying customer at this location and I was told that the restroom was out of order. That was not true because the employees used the restroom. You should let your customers use the restroom. I do not recommend this place.

    Subway should get ahold of this location, while yes the food was fresh.. the prices are more inflated than I've ever seen. I dont understand how they are allowed to put whatever prices they want on the food, 4 6in sandwiches with 2 chips and 2 drinks should absolutely not be $70 😱 ridiculous! Plus putting an out of order sign to keep customers from using the restrooms should be illegal.

    I genuinely do not understand how this place is still in business. I was given an incorrectly made online pickup order and brought it back hoping for a refund or at least some sort of resolution, but was met with an extremely dismissive and unhelpful employee. He repeatedly walked away while I was trying to explain the issue and ultimately claimed he did ā€œnot know how to do a refundā€ after implying that I was asking for money out of his own personal finances. I was then told I could just ā€œtake off what I don’t like,ā€ which completely defeats the purpose of paying to build my own sandwich in the first place. To make matters worse, the store phone number printed on the receipt is also out of service, making it impossible to contact anyone for help. Extremely disappointing customer service, but that doesn’t seem to be anything new with this location.
