I work late-night shifts and came in to grab food during my only meal break of the night. Because this location advertises 24-hour service, it was my only option within reach. When I walked in, I was flatly told they were 'on break' and couldn't take my order even though the doors were open and the lights were on. There was no apology, no offer to assist after a short wait, and zero concern for customer service, just complete attitude. How can a business advertise 24/7 service if staff simply shut down operations whenever they feel like taking a break with no coverage? Extremely disappointing experience and a total lack of professionalism.

Walked in, bathroom was out of service, toaster was broken, POS cash register was broken, couldn’t accept my mobile app points, soda machine was broken, no napkins, and the worker told us that if we were broke and had no money, to “not come here”. The hispanic guy with the stubble count your days you need to get fired immediately. Not to mention the fact that a white lady came in, took 8 bags of chips, and just walked out without paying. Horrible service and inflated prices. Do NOT come here. Update: He tried calling the police on us after we were eating in our car infront of the store

This is one of the worst and most infuriating consumer experiences I have ever had. Even now, I still find it hard to believe that a normally operating business could have multiple employees with such poor service attitudes. What shocked me even more was that when we raised concerns about the service, the store manager not only made no effort to understand what had happened or resolve the issue, but instead directly told us: “If you don’t like the service here, you can leave.” May I ask—is this really how you handle customer complaints? The incident itself was actually very simple. Without any explanation or clarification, the staff member just left our items there and walked away, not returning for over a minute. We only raised a concern because of this kind of service attitude; we did not make any unreasonable demands. When the manager came over, instead of first asking what had happened, explaining the situation, or trying to resolve the issue, they immediately displayed an extremely arrogant and hostile attitude, telling us to “leave if we didn’t like it.” I really have to ask: how does someone like this even become a manager? As a manager, isn’t your most basic responsibility to handle problems and mediate between customers and staff? If your only response to a normal customer complaint is to tell them to get out, then I truly cannot understand what “customer service” even means for this business. What made me most uncomfortable in this entire situation was not just the “poor service,” but the fact that from the very beginning, their attitude toward us already felt unfriendly and discriminatory. Especially after the manager appeared, they neither asked for clarification nor listened to our explanation, but instead immediately sided with the staff and pushed us to leave. This made me wonder: if it were different customers, would they be treated the same way? Were we being judged differently from the start? I do not make such judgments lightly, but their behavior genuinely gave me this impression. Even more unacceptable is that this was not just one staff member having a bad day. From the staff to the manager, the entire handling of the situation showed an astonishing level of arrogance, indifference, and unprofessionalism. I even want to say this directly to the owner: do you actually know how your employees and managers are treating customers? One rude staff member might be an individual issue; but when a manager also handles customer complaints by saying “if you don’t like it, leave,” then this is no longer just an employee problem—it reflects a serious management issue within the business. Customers paying for a service do not expect to be treated with servility, but basic respect, communication, and professionalism should always be there. If even this cannot be achieved, and customers are met with even worse attitudes after raising concerns, then I truly have to ask: how does a business like this plan to sustain itself in the long run? I rarely get so angry about a single experience that I feel compelled to write such a long review, but this time I genuinely felt it was necessary to document what happened. I also hope the owner will personally see this review and take the time to understand what actually happened that day, and how your manager handled the customer complaint. Because if I were the owner, seeing my staff treat customers this way—and my manager not only failing to resolve the issue but making it worse—I would be extremely concerned about how many more customers this business might lose. This was an extremely poor, highly unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful customer experience.

I stopped here while in town for a work trip after the gym for a quick post gym turkey sandwich. I got a 6 inch turkey sandwich, on wheat, no cheese. Got a few regular non premium toppings (lettuce, onion etc). I also got a regular fountain drink. I get to the register and the total was $20!!! I’m not one to complain too much about paying good money for good food, but $20 DOLLARS FOR A 6 inch sandwich and a fountain drink? I draw the line there. Absolutely ridiculous. I could have found a local spot to make me a sandwich for much cheaper and better quality. I’ve traveled the world and have paid premiums - but we’re talking about subway…. I had breakfast today at a sit down restaurant for a quality COOKED meal that was also $20. For $20 you can buy a pound a turkey and a loaf of bread and make 7-8 sandwiches. Save your money and skip this place!
