  Employee was rude and seemed to have an attitude, was not very welcoming to us. we greeted and said thank you and good bye but the employee working at 12 am sunday august 2 was not responsive.

  Wanted to charge $8.82 for two cookies and a bottle of water. Is it just me or is this unusually high?

  I have food allergies and was not allowed to customize my sandwich without specific permission from the manager who was not there. The employee stated that her manager forces her to make the sandwiches the same way they show on the menu. However the customer before me had two fully customized sandwiches, and my own 15 year old daughter went a head of me was able to customize hers. But I was not. I was told I had to have the tomatoes and onions - even though I'm allergic to both. I even told her I was willing to pay extra to substitute the veggies I wanted instead. I told her I didn't care the price, I wanted the sandwich made to order. Nope. Not allowed. And there was no manager on duty to speak with - I would have to wait for an unknown amount of time to speak with someone.

  Great hours, friendly guy behind the counter, clean space... But I got a foot long combo and with tip I spent over $30. Insane. I believe this is the most expensive place on the hill for lunch.
