  While the folks at Olsen are very helpful and fairly straightforward, Allstate’s claims process is terrible and the folks at Olsen are not able to assist in any significant way. So, if you have to go Allstate, use Olsen. But if you don’t have to go Allstate, don’t.

  If you want a “local” company forget about it. Took 5 phone calls to submit a glass claim, different person every time. Called to cancel my policy and they still pulled premiums from my account and said it was my fault even though I suggested I send them documentation that I had secured new insurance for the same period from a new company. Thank goodness I didn’t actually need them for an actual emergency…

  We’ve been with Allstate for years now and have had great service and care with our rep Katie Church-Dzyk. Allstate covers our home and auto policies, and we highly recommend them.

  I've had nothing but a positive experience with Allstate thus far. They have always been very helpful in answering my questions we were really great in helping me setup a new auto policy with great coverage for less than what I was previously paying with another company.
