  Staff is extremely helpful. We have about 35 couriers, very hardworking and vigilent staff. Christina helped us alot, good so see such hardworking and professional people.

  I didn’t think I could hate FedEx more until I visited this branch. Incredibly unhelpful people, absolutely the worst experience.

  Waited for about 10 mins before any one ever came out like no one even worked there, and there was no way to get ahold of any employee until they came out. Didn’t even bother to help with my package due it weight over 150 pounds.

  If your name is Tanya and you’re Norlin’s boss (or maybe Noreen), she deserves a raise. She was extremely patient with helping me ship my package despite the center being very busy at the time and with her help I was able to save $40 on the shipping costs
