  My package was lost. Store manager just gives a couple phone numbers to call instead of actually helping. Then after dealing with their AI bots and finally getting through to a person they just tell you to file a claim online. Can't actually help on their own. I understand that the stores hands are probably tied on lost package claims needing to be done through their automated system but it is absolutely terrible and the manager didnt even try to assist. Definitely earned their 2.9 star review. Go elsewhere.

  This location does not charge any extra fees when dropping off pre-paid labels, like other FedEx locations in the area do. I highly recommend dropping off your packages at this FedEx location near Whole Foods, rather than the other locations.

  This was my worst FedEx experience and would pay to NOT go back in here. Manager tried to investigate my box and gave me attitude about how I packed my box. The FedEx front desk employee was fine, but the whole process seemed invasive. I have used FedEx nearly 3 times a week for 10 years for work and this was the worst. Horrible customer experience.

  Do Not Go Here!!! Jeff the assistant store “manager” is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people!! WORST customer service!! He needs training on how to talk to customers!!!!!
