  Do Not Go Here!!! Jeff the assistant store “manager” is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people!! WORST customer service!! He needs training on how to talk to customers!!!!!

  If someone is dropping off a package the manager of the store shouldn’t waste the customers time educating them about something they never asked for. Take the package, give the receipt.

  Been here a few times to ship stuff, have had no issues, and rarely have to wait to be helped. Kevin helped me this most recent visit and was efficient.

  I meant to share my experience with the gentleman working while I was there, but the line was long so I will do so here. I went in on 6/22- around 5:45pm. Only one worker there. Like wrapped through the store and I had no problem waiting as the guy working was extremely impressive. He did not waiver at all. He remained calm and collected and professional. He was a well oiled machine. Seriously. He could answer everyone’s questions, he was answering the phone, he was assisting with printing and faxing all while tending to the line. I even went home and shared with my husband about the rarity it was to see someone excel at their position. I truly hope his leadership recognizes his role.

  Kevin does an amazing job. Even when he’s working alone with a long line, he stays patient, helpful, and professional. His customer service is outstanding and truly appreciated
