  Anna was wonderful! She stayed late after closing to help me finish sizing, printing, and laminating my project. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. Really appreciate her going the extra mile!

  The staff were dismissive, and seemed unwilling to help customers. They acted as though assisting customers was an inconvenience, creating an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. I expect better customer service from FedEx and hope this issue is addressed to improve the experience for future customers.

  It's been fine in the past, but the short masked guy today was condescending and weird. I had already done what I needed to do, but he was explaining to me how to do it even though I told him I was done, then he just....hovered around...ew. I won't be back to this location.
