  Do not go here. I had an extremely frustrating experience. I gave the FedEx agent the correct delivery address, but the agent entered it incorrectly. As a result, my package was sent to the wrong address and arrived late—so both the destination and delivery date were wrong. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with FedEx being transferred from person to person, only to learn that the two-day service I paid for did not come with the delivery guarantee I thought I was purchasing. I paid extra specifically because I needed the package delivered within two days. Between the incorrectly entered address, late delivery, and lack of accountability, paying the premium was a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and money. Based on my experience, I would use USPS instead.

  Useless place, they charge a fee for the "free" amazon returns. Go anywhere else. Plus it is full of annoying snobby tourists.

  This location charges a drop off fee for shipments that have already been paid for.

  Marion location closed permanently so ran to this location it the added fees based on weight (on top of the already high prepaid labels) make it even more unreasonable. Save your time and wallet, do not do business here.
