Staff were horrible, extremely rude and condescending. Save yourself some frustration and go to another location. Someone here needs to be fired.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location. They were rude to my elderly mother who needed some help with the fax machine. Disgusting.
2/4/26 @ 10:30AM. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service at this location. We were ignored Multiple times. After giving us an email to send documents, the employee demonstratively walked away to assist customers who arrived After us. While we were waiting, she engaged in lengthy, non-work-related conversations with one of the customers, completely dismissing our presence.
It felt like she perceived us as non-locals, and her Arrogance seemed to hide a deeper underlying prejudice. It wasn't just poor service; it felt like a personal bias that she was projecting through her dismissive attitude. We remained polite and eventually left, but it was deeply upsetting to encounter such high-handedness. This level of treatment is unacceptable.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at FedEx thanks to Niki. I came in needing to print signs for a very special 50th wedding anniversary party, and she went above and beyond to help me.
Niki was incredibly kind, patient, and professional—she took the time to make sure everything looked perfect and treated the project with the same care and importance that it had for me personally. In a world where customer service can feel rushed, she was thoughtful, calm, and genuinely helpful.
Huge thanks to Niki for turning a stressful errand into a great experience. FedEx is lucky to have her!
