  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Donovan! He spent nearly 3 hours helping me find the most efficient and affordable way to ship about 125 lbs of suspension parts. Even with a long line building up, he stayed patient, helpful, and never once showed frustration. The store manager was also very helpful and informative. Exceptional customer service all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs help with shipping. Donovan especially deserves recognition for his patience, work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile!

  I was doing some printing (FedEx Office always comes in clutch anywhere in the country) and left my laptop there. The team found it, secured it, and after thorough vetting shipped it back to me next day since I was flying back home when I found I lost it. What an incredible team and a special thanks to Kayla. She's an absolute MVP and was one of the most helpful people I've had on the phone in a very long time!

  The staff whose names are Harper and Donovan, represent this company as stellar employees. They were friendly and attentive to my needs. My project was extensive and time consuming. Their patience was more than I was expecting. I was pleasantly surprised 😯🤯😊

  Brian went above and beyond to help me navigate the confusing process of creating an international return shipping label on the computer onsite. He even took the time to double check the visa center’s instructions email and caught an important mistake I had made! To make sure everything went smoothly, he also printed backup copies of the label and invoice so there wouldn’t be any hiccups when the visa center sends my documents back! I really appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much, Brian!
