  None of the USB ports work at the printers. I thought it was my flash drive at first, then I tried another one, but it didn't work. I tested both flash drives on all their copiers, but no luck. I’ve explained this issue before, but they didn't seem to care much. I had to wait in line to plug my flash drive into the computer at the counter to print the files I needed.

  We had a great experience working with the staff here on a specialized printing need late on a Friday night. They were competent and accommodating!

  Youness took the time to help format a book I needed printed. He was extremely patient and very helpful. Fortunately the store was not busy and I was able to get the work needed as as a last minute drop in. I very much appreciate the staff for working hard at the end of the day to not only help print, but also to ship the products!
