  Brad and the team ended up being a life saver, as my mom forgot my poster for pax west on the plane. Thank you very much. The outdoor vinyl poster turned out great. ☺️🙏

  So happy to have a copier place DOWNTOWN now that you have to pay a monthly service fee to use a new printer.

  Terrible customer service. I came first with my labels and package ready, but the staff stopped helping me midway and repeatedly helped customers who arrived after me. Even when my package was ready and I only needed the second envelope I had already asked for, I was told to keep waiting. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for no apparent reason. Watching an older white male customer who arrived after me get immediate service while I, a young Asian woman, was repeatedly pushed aside made me seriously question whether race, age, or gender played a role. Whatever the reason, the treatment was disrespectful and unacceptable.
