  I have been working on a personal project for a few weeks. While planning out how to print the project, I stopped in to ask questions. I spoke with Tyler who was knowledgeable about the printing task I had in mind, and even made suggestions which helped me tremendously and overall made the project look much more professional. Ultimately, I stopped in two times to ask questions, and a third time to actually print. I was so glad to see Tyler each time, not only does he have a positive attitude but it helped that he already had context about my project. We did a test print, found some errors, and he provided some guidance on how to fix it. I left with exactly the final product I had in mind, and truly appreciate the care that went into helping me execute my vision. Very satisfying experience overall, and this FedEx has a much better vibe than the UPS down the street, so I will be back next time I need to ship something.
