  The service was very good when I visited. The lady was super nice and patient. don't know why the reviews are so good. may depend on the person.

  Don't go here. They charge you extra for anything over one pound, even if it's prepaid. It's "because they are in a hotel". It's a complete rip off. There is another FedEx, if you must go, at the Convention Center on 7th. I would recommend the UPS in the Office Max, at 1423 4th Ave (between Pike and Union). It's a 4 minute walk south. Look to the left, main floor, as you enter from 4th.
