  I’m not sure if the delivery drivers can read, or if they even look at the instructions. I am point blank providing them with a code in the delivery instructions to open the door, and they proceed to say no one was there to receive the package even though it’s been approved for delivery without signing. This only happens with DHL and I don’t know why it is such a problem. Support has been of no help as they are telling the delivery people the same thing I am and it is still not being completed.

  Very irresponsible business! My package was mis-delivered to a wrong address. At first DHL denied that and later admitted that they made a mistake. Then they’ve been keeping me waiting for days to recover the package. I still don’t have my package and have no idea where it is right now. Very frustrated.
