  Worst experience I've ever dealt with phone service, I visited this store in Northgate, on July 20th, 2026, the manager tries to sell you something you're not interested in, in my case wi-fy, manager of this store and a female employee were being too pushy on me to get wi-fy, they made me feel uncomfortable and somehow convinced me to get it, after not even a day of having it, I wasn't happy with it and returned equipment but not at the cricket location, he told me to return equipment at the AT&T store near by, I went to the AT&T store and told me they don't accept equipment returns there that I had to go to a UPS STORE, what kind of manager gives his customers the wrong information? I will address this inconvenience with his supervisor so they can properly train their employees, no one deserves to be told the wrong information making you waste your time specially coming from a so called " MANAGER " The customer service in this location is HORRIBLE, Cricket, you can do better than this!

  Nyair Omari is top notch! This young man provides excellent customer service! He was extremely understanding about my ordeal and he went above and beyond to resolve my phone issues today!
