  It was bad enough that they don't take the promos given for being a loyal customer. But, then to make someone else's order first that came in after me and blame the fact I made your job easier by using the app is beyond ridiculous. Nobody needs to give a business their money when they are treated with this level of disrespect. You would think for a small town, you would have better manners and try to hold what few customers you had. This one won't be back.

  I was just there at 6:04 p.m. it is now 6:32. Order the footlong sweet onion teriyaki, was offered for it to be toasted I declined. The chicken was NOT heated up and I did not notice, then all the fixings were added. Paid and left. Got home and took my first bite into some very very cold chicken. Called the store to advised them and lady offered to make a new one if I returned. I told her I just got home from a long day of work and I don't want to hop back in the car and drive back. Following that her response was... "well then there's nothing else I can do for you" with a not so polite tone. Great customer service!!!

  The store is clean and the worker was nice. We ordered 2 BLT's, one toasted and extra bacon and tomatoes. Neither were toasted and one had very little bacon. One had no mayo and the other only had mayo on one side. We most likely won't be back and we live here. We paid almost $29 for 2 sandwiches and a tip.
