  Superior customer service!! Employee 197227 (didn't catch her name) went over and beyond while helping me with a couple of Amazon returns. I was having trouble with my amazon app and processing the 1 of the returns. She helped me troubleshoot with my app and was able to help me pull up and print my return label for USPS... not UPS per amazon merchants specifications. She totally made life easier on me. The extra few mins and the care that she offered was a bigger deal for me than she'll ever know. Small acts of kindness can go a long way.

  It's ok. Kind of hard to see / get to from the road. Parking lot is super tight. Door is ridiculous if you're holding packaged. Staff barely acknowledges your existence. But hey, you're dropping off boxes, not getting brain surgery, so it works.

  Prices are really high. $32.00 to mail a piece of paper from tri cities to Lewiston.
