  Went in 30 minutes till close on Sunday May 10th. Yes I am that person sometimes, we all have been at some point, yes I felt bad about it. I stood in front of the case from 8:25-8:40 waiting for them to come out of the back and they did not. I watched them come to the left side of the restaurant twice then go back to the back, taking every care in the world to not acknowledge me. I’d say to change your hours to close at 8:30, but I would seriously bet this person would just start pulling this bs at 8 in that case.

  Worst restaurant ever! First off $60 for 3 sandwiches is diabolical. Second they don't wrap lol ke they are supposed to, and grease went everywhere. The soda had no syrup. AND $60 FOR 3 SANDWICHES IS ABSOLUTELY THEFT. DON'T GO TO SUBWAY!

  The restaurant was really clean and Sam was very welcoming and friendly. She was patient with our kids who wanted to order themselves, and even though she was very busy, she was kind and didn't make us feel rushed. She was alone at 7 pm on a Friday on probably the busiest street in the tri cities, but she still managed to help everyone and even take several online orders. She definitely deserves respect and appreciation for her work ethic.

  I normally come to this location because it is close to home and typically has great service. Today when I visited, my experience was one that seemed unfamiliar to me at this location and was a bit of an outlier. Not to say the visit was BAD, although it wasn’t great either. The young lady that was at the register when it came time to pay didn’t know what I was referring to when I said I wanted the meal that comes with chips, a cookie, and a drink. I not only had to tell her how much extra it was for the meal, but she didn’t give me the cookie, nor the drink. The only reason I was able to walk out of there with a bag of chips was because luckily for me, it’s self serve. Overall, below average and quite disappointing compared to what I normally get from this location.
