  Huge shout out to Ethan the shift lead! He was all alone, handling drive-through, phone calls, online orders, and in person orders while maintaining the most professional calm demeanor. Shame on management for only scheduling one person per shift. I asked him if someone was scheduled to come and help him soon, and he said when his coworker is scheduled to come in, he is scheduled to leave. Mind you this is at 1 PM the height of the lunch rush. She is the scheduled closer who has to go through that same rush by herself in the evening again. Management treat your employees better and schedule a mid shift to help with the rushes!!
