  Walked in and was just stared at like an alien. Was not greeted at all. Not a welcoming environment. I recommend the Jordan Allstate branch on Clearwater in Kennewick, they were very friendly and welcoming.

  They'll gladly take your monthly premiums, but when you need their assistance, they won't have your back. Your customer service has been appalling regarding a recent motor vehicle collision I experienced that was the result of another driver. Because the claim went through the at-fault driver's insurance, you've told me I'm on my own and you can't offer any assistance with dealing with that company. After 26 years of being with Allstate, I'm now switching to Progressive. Bye-bye, Allstate. I'd have given you zero stars if it was an option.

  I just signed up with Jeff's office, but can tell by the way he does business that we'll have an account with his office for a long time. He was attentive, reponsive, and very helpful while dealing with the logistics of my various vehicles as well as my home policy. I rarely write reviews, but his office has really made a great impression. Five stars.
