  I don't get it, the help and the managers have always been accomidating and friendly to me. I have a post box there so I am in and out of this location often.

  The staff is professional and always willing to help or answer questions. I appreciate the self-service kiosks. Makes getting in and out a breeze. Convenient location and hours. Not sure about negative reviews but please be kind to client facing employees. As far as fees, just like any where, if you’re unhappy with it, just don’t use their service. Why the 1-star? It’s a business.

  I go to this store for my Amazon returns. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the new look.

  This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to get updated shipping information. I first waited 4 days before calling to see where my items were since I still couldn't track them. I then called in and tried to get someone to tell me, the first worker (not a manager) said he would look into and sounded genuine. Said he'd call me back. I called back the next day to follow up and that worker handed the phone over to a manager. She picked up the phone while laughing and having another conversation. I had asked very politely for an update on my shipment, to which she said she would look into, and then hung up. Literally hung up. Didn't say anything like hold please, or I'll call back. So I called back and I'm assuming the manager picked up, then hung up again. Truly wild. Finally got tracking after calling corporate. Staff is probably under paid, don't care about their job, etc etc. UPS corporate should do something about this.

  Standing outside here at 10:30 am on a Sunday when they claim they are open 7 days a week, Sundays from 10am-3pm. I have to ship a package before I left for a work trip for a week, now I don't think I'll be able to. What a huge waste of time.
