  I honestly don't understand why this place has so many negative reviews. The people who work here are some of the sweetest, most helpful people you will ever meet. A lot of the one-star reviews seem to come from people who simply don't understand how UPS works. If you walk in without your package properly prepared or expect services and supplies without understanding the costs involved, that's not the employees' fault. Frankly, many of the complaints read like they were written by people who didn't know what they were doing and then got upset about it. The staff here spend their days trying to help customers, including some pretty stupid ones, and they still manage to remain friendly, patient, and professional. These employees are doing their best and often go out of their way to help people. They deserve a lot more appreciation than they're getting.

  There was an employee who was very rude and didn’t want to accept our return even though we were following the return instructions. One time the self service machine was not working and he gave a rude remark as if we were incompetent regarding it. Even though I live closer to this location, I prefer going to Tukwila now for better service.

  I like going to the store it’s local and they seem to know what’s going on. Would recommend it.
