  Sapan was awesome and very thorough with notarizing all our documents! It was quite complex, but she handled it all with patience and lots of smiles. Also appreciate that Michael stepped in and helped with some signatures. What a great UPS store!

  Loved the services they didn’t charge me on the shipping they provided for it . Anu was the sales guy It’s my go to go for return store 😊

  I'm not from this area but I needed to make 2 returns. 1 for Q.Fiber and to Nike. I literally just walked out of the store and now typing this in my car :) Anyway, Both needed a pouch to be returned in which I was fine with, not the point. Customer service lacks of life. I was charged with a miscellaneous of $4.99? Is that a pouch FEE? I think i was overcharged , that sleeve should not be anymore than $2.00 While the associate checked with the manager implying " are you sure thats the right charge?" In a different language which I normally don't care about but she seemed like she knew that wasnt the correct charge but the manager insisted I get charged for whatever it was I had to pay for. I'll definitely go to another UPS and see if I'm charged otherwise for something else. Anyway, just wanted to leave my mark. I think they're miserable in there. Not the worst customer service but they definitely need some LIFE. If I am mistaken pls lmk. Ps: shouldve waited to go to my neighborhood Othello UPS if I knew i was going to get this kind of service🙄

  very bad operation and rude staff. never want to mention anything about race or ethnicity but what a snob staff. saying different things to different customers. I was told that the duck tape at the front desk table cannot be used by the customer for packaging, even you buy the packaging product with them, all the customers would have to buy their own.Please be aware of this the owner, I think ur business would need a little attention as a retail service manager myself. overall very bad neighborhood experience and will not ever come back
