    I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store during an Amazon return. My item was already packaged in a box, but it didn’t fit into one of the poly bags available in the return area, so I went to the counter for assistance. When the employee explained what I needed to do, I didn’t initially understand him, so I apologized and politely said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t understand.” Instead of simply repeating or clarifying his instructions, he responded with a lengthy and condescending explanation. After finishing, he looked at me and said, “Did you understand it this time?” I found this comment unnecessary, disrespectful, and degrading. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy when asking a question. The situation itself was very simple—once I understood, all I needed to do was place the return label on the box since it was already packaged. Customer service should involve patience and clear communication, not making customers feel belittled for asking for clarification. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should leave feeling talked down to for simply asking for help.

    Typically a long wait, and the staff is at best completely uninterested in helping customers and at worst openly hostile. I came in for a basic shipping task and left feeling like I should have gone somewhere else. I would avoid this location if you care about quick service or professionalism.

    This UPS store is really good and the people are great, organized and helpful. I have had a mailbox at the store for years and recently the store came under new ownership. The new owners are doing a great job and I can continue to give my full recommendation of them.

    This place used to be good back when it was under different ownership. The lady who works at the counter now is one of the rudest Ive ever met, I was shipping an expensive item there and buying a box to put it in, she literally threw my item into the box like it was trash, and she was being so rude to the lady in front of me in line too. Worst customer service Ive ever seen. There were a couple younger guys who worked there who were helpful, but the middle aged lady is a real piece of work, will not be returning to this location.

    I had a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Sapan. She was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, made everything quick and easy, and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Sapan, for your outstanding service!
