    Absolutely love this place! The sandwiches are always fresh and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I can’t get enough of their veggies and the variety of sauces!

    If I could give 0 stars... rude service and does not honor advertised specials. My 9 inch ended up being about 3 inches. *See middle in photo. Ordered thru food delivery app Highly do not recommend.

    This subway notoriously closes earlier than their posted time…. Yesterday I placed an online order with a pick up time for 8:40PM. I am an educator at the neighboring beauty college and was actively teaching my class so I was unable to pick up at the exact pick up time. The posted hours are open til 9:30PM so I figured as long as I get there before they close it will be fine. I ran over at 9:25, which I understand is cutting it close however it was an online order and they should have still been open, unfortunately they were already closed. I was upset about this as I had already been charged, but I understand I cut it close, so I left a voicemail (which was also made before they should have closed) stating that I was disappointed, would like a refund, and that I work near by and would be in to receive my refund the next day. When I went into today not only was the employee rude. He repeatedly stated I missed my pick up time and when I said “I understand that but you closed early” he raised his voice and said “not my mistake your mistake”. And the funniest part of this was he grabbed my order off the counter behind him and tried to give it to me claiming he just remade it, which is obviously not true. He refused to give me a refund because apparently them closing early is “my mistake” I will not be returning and I will be advising my students not to return as well do to the poor service. Also, a bonus side note, the sodas have never been carbonated correctly and come straight out the machine flat…

    Hoy fui a comprar un pan Italiano con queso, y cuando iban a ponerle los ingredientes no tenían espinaca y lo peor que estaba demasiado de elevado el preciomás! $18 ya no iré mas!
