  Very disappointing experience. My wife was refused access to the restroom simply because I had not purchased anything. Refusing a customer—or anyone who needs to use the restroom—unless they buy something is extremely disrespectful and poor customer service. I understand that businesses have policies, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. The employee wasn’t helping till I explained twice It’s urgent to need to use the restroom. The food was ok

  There is a woman who works here, she seems to be Indian-American (East Indian, not Native American or West Indies) I think and she provides amazing customer service, the restaurant is always clean, and she typically seems to be the only one there. The service is always efficient, she hasn't messed up a single order and I've been there typically ordering 3-5 sandwiches at least once a month every month. She provides amazing customer service and is very kind and respectful. She helped me get in the Rewards program, the bathrooms have been clean and I have used them to wash my hands and use the restroom at least twice on her shift. I just want to acknowledge this is the most well ran Subway I've been to this year, I've been to at least three locations this year, and she is the only person I have seen at this location, and I really trust her with my food!

  I ordered on DoorDash a turkey sub, I got turkey with pepperoni/salami in it? They also never gave me pepper Jack cheese but gave me shredded cheddar cheese ? I usually never leave reviews if something little was incorrect, but because I got pork so now it’s really not edible. Absolutely not, I’m very upset I cannot eat pork due to religious reasons. I reported it to DoorDash but I still want the ones who made the sub to recognize this.
