  My experience with commercial insurance specialist Kevin Brafford was exceptional. He was attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. He preferred phone conversations which is refreshing. He shopped around for the best deal (saved me a bunch of money) and pushed for change in the unreasonable requirements I was facing from the venue, which we got. Thanks Kevin!

  Jess at the Frank Richard office is so professional, responsive, and amiable. When another insurance carrier ignored my claim against its insured whose car collided with mine, Jess helped me get that insurer to respond. When Jess handles business things expedite. It makes a client fall in love with Allstate all over again.
