  I returned the item back to cricket but didn't receive the refund I spent a total of 12 hours making this. I purchased an item for 200 dollars. Is that normal for getting a refund from cricket? Most parts of my calls had been disconnected on the most important part of these calls. This is weird! And yes, never go to cricket back!

  Don't waste your time with cricket, I've had many carriers but by far Cricket is the worst. Customer support is horrible and the staff aren't properly trained and have no idea what's going on when asked a simple question.

  We ended up waiting awhile because of some technical difficulties, but Dre (manager) was incredible. He ended up coming in just to help, and fixed everything super quick. He clearly runs a tight ship and values his work. He had impeccable patience with some of his new employees that were just learning the ropes, and made sure that we were taken care of as customers. I would go to Dre in a heartbeat if I have any Cricket issues in the future.
