    To the UPS Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply distressing experience at your UPS Store located at 16625 Redmond Way, Suite M, Redmond, WA, on June 8, 2026, at approximately 3:40 PM. I visited the store to return an item and required assistance with the process. A male customer service representative approached me and proceeded to mock and belittle me for not being familiar with your returns procedure. His conduct was condescending, unprofessional, and frankly, unacceptable. What made this significantly worse — he turned to my 11-year-old daughter, who was with me, looked directly at her, and said: "Didn't you teach your mother how to get on with this?" (You can pull this out from your CCTV records) This was not a joke. This was deliberate humiliation — in front of other customers, in front of my child. I told him clearly: "You are making me look like a fool and I do not appreciate it." He laughed and continued to mock me. I am a paying customer. I paid $3 for a bag and was then condescendingly told he was not charging me for the label printout — as though that were a favor owed to me. I have no issue paying for services. I have every issue with being publicly demeaned while doing so. Your customer-facing staff exists to assist customers — not to judge them, mock them, or intimidate their children for not knowing internal processes. No customer should be expected to walk in knowing your procedures. That is precisely why representatives are there. I am requesting the following: 1. A formal acknowledgment of this complaint 2. A documented investigation into this employee's conduct 3. Confirmation of the action taken I want this on record. If I don't receive a satisfactory response, I'll share this on social media and relevant consumer forums. This experience has been humiliating, and I will not let it go unaddressed.     I had a March 27 guaranteed delivery, told it would be delayed. Went to UPS store on the 27th to get refund and they gave me a phone number to call to get approval first. Called the 27th, told package had to be delivered first. Package delivered the 30th, called twice that week. April 1 the UPS store tried to refund me on the phone but the credit card transaction couldn’t be undone? Was told they would call me back. They didn’t. Called again after a week and they said I would need to go to the store for the refund (which is the first thing I tried). Went to store, manager wasn’t there but they took my information so they could process the claim. After another week of not hearing anything, I came back in and they said they needed my email address to process the claim. Finally got a phone call on the 21st and was told this refund couldn’t be processed because it had to be done within 15 days. Giving one extra star since package was received (although missing a pencil I had included) and employees were at least nice.
