  I walked into this store with an unusual request to pack a very delicate mounted fish caught 50 years ago by my father. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Introduced themselves by name and took great care to pack it properly for shipping. I couldn’t be more pleased!

  UPS is bankrupting, cannot even afford a dropbox. I wasted 3 days visiting 2 of their offices, found none. I'm happy to donate a trash can from DollarTree. Call me if needed.

  I generally use this store for passport size photos for my passport activityes, notary services and shipping and returns of packages. My experience each time have exceeded the expectation and the customer representatives are all professional and helpful.

  Rude staff, inconsistent and unpredictable hours, and a total parking nightmare characterizes this UPS store. It has now been a couple of instances where they close the store before their 6 pm closing time and turn customers away who have simple drop off (no customer service required) - and that too not politely - extremely rudely. The parking lot sucks - no clear parking lines and very tight corners. Very difficult to get in and out - which adds to the agony when you're racing against time to get to the closing door. l now take my boxes to a different UPS store, even though it requires addiitonal time. At least the humans there treat customers with dignity and respect. Avoid this store at all costs.

  While on a business trip, I stopped into this store. I was very impressed with how Sandy was maintaining a healthy cadence from the get go. Asking each person entering how he may help them, guiding them to the correct process. He asked if I needed help, I certainly did and presented a shipping label that was not a UPS / FEDEX label. He advised me the correct process for future reference; however, he understood that process would likely tax the rest of my afternoon and suggested he take care of it for me. Sandy saved me time on the road to the other non-UPS location along with the legacy style of shipping from the other party. Thanks again Sandy!
