  GREAT UPS STORE - NOVELTY HILL REDMOND FIVE STAR SERVICE * * * * * This family owned UPS Store has adorable staff. They welcome you in, value you and make you feel special. This is by the QFC on Novalty Hill Redmond. Lots of free parking. Very high- end safe neighborhood. - This store has mailboxes if needed. - Fast easy Amazon returns via UPS - Boxes and packaging materials - Support your community and give them a visit.

  Rae is an absolute superstar!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the most incredible experience at the Novelty Hill UPS Store (5427) thanks to Rae! The moment I walked in, she greeted me with so much exuberance and a genuine eagerness to help. She clearly knows her job inside and out, handling everything with absolute efficiency but, what spoke volumes was Rae's incredible warmth, caring nature, and kindness. I ran into a few issues with several of my returns, and she was so patient, telling me, "No problem, take your time"—and she truly meant it. I walked out of the store on cloud nine. Rae completely made my day! Thank you, Rae, from the bottom of my heart!!!❤️

  Our neighborhood UPS store is one of the best we have experienced. They are efficient and always have the right pricing for my shipments. I do Amazon returns at this location as well; they are always ready to help whenever there are issues in the process. Overall, this is by far one of the best stores in the Redmond/Eastside area.
