  My favorite UPS Store. Busy? Yes, but they helpfully and cheerfully move everyone through at a decent pace. Every single bag, box and envelope I've sent from that store, over 40 items, have arrived perfectly and on time to their destinations. Awesome customer service. So sorry they have reviews about their race, not efficiency.

  The store is in general good and the owner also seems like kind person. My biggest concern is with the support staff. They are rude while serving. Please understand that there could be senior citizens who wouldn't necessarily know to process return packages. The process may not be very convenient for first timers. So please keep your attitude aside and work with a helping mindset. People like me wouldn't mind going extra mile to another ups store if you cannot appreciate the business run by your customers.
