  Stopped by on Sunday and was helped by the best FedEx employee Miriam. She was incredibly helpful and an incredible asset to FedEx. I was out of town and had to redirect my package for pickup for the first time. She went above and beyond making sure that my redirected package made it home. Will make sure I continue using FedEx over other carriers!

  Generally very positive experience here in the past. Yesterday’s visit however was disappointing. Upsold me box package filling for $4 for a fedex small box. Turns out it was a small amount of scrap paper they stuffed in there - it was already crumpled so I hope it wasn’t used. I had paid already - did not feel great leaving the store.

  Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff!!! Had to return a product I purchased from a well known “fair “ company who made me pay shipping fees!! The store employee helped me get things rolling quickly and efficiently!!!!
