  The employees at this store are always Amazing. They are quick to help and always have me on my way in just a few minutes! Don’t necessarily like the location only because of the parking. However far worth wait for a parking spot or the walk if needing to park further away

  After 15 years as a loyal customer bringing all our business needs to your company, we will not be returning. The newer front desk staff ( particularly a young female who works the front) has consistently demonstrated rudeness, condescension, and disrespect toward me and I’ve witnessed to other customers in line as well who have made comments about her rudeness. This treatment has made us feel unwelcome . When there are reliable alternatives—FedEx down the street and other local print providers—we have no reason to tolerate this type of experience. While I understand this maybe a corporate entity, this is a community business that relies on local support. We chose to invest our business with you for over a decade. Treating long-standing customers with basic respect and courtesy should perhaps be trained in some of the staff members at this location. I do hope Doug and corporate take this seriously because Ive witnessed this situation of mishandling customers for sometime now and put it off to a bad day here or there but this seems to be a reoccurring issue for late. Note: this store never was like this and had courteous staff when we stared but has drastically changed in horrible customer service.

  Same problem every time I come. Been here about 3x and when walking in always 1 person actually working while others see you and walk away or just stand around talking to each other . I can’t be the only one who notices this, the line growing and still employees walking around like sim characters . Saw the managers badge , Kylie be just as useless and unprofessional. Seems like she encourages the employees to not put customers first. I shared my experience with some of my buddies and they said they dread this location and will just go to Graham. That’s my solution .

  Love the new owners! Very efficient, friendly, and professional. Happy to use them for my large package deliveries 🙌🏻 Thank you for the peace of mind in this part of my business 🙏♥️
