I frequent this location on a weekly basis and have phenomenal service during the afternoon however the evening employee greeted me as I walked in and asked if I’m here for pickup, when I said no, she shouted “well, I’m gonna be awhile. The online orders keep coming in.” I asked if she can service people inside in-line first and she said no. Very disappointed - terrible customer service. This location is always under staffed with only one employee and you can tell they are visibly overworked. I’ll do my best to avoid this location after 3PM from here on out. Do not recommend coming here in the evening.

Sandwich was toasted normal about of time. Got it home 10 mins away to find that the Sandwich was rock hard. Called in and the lady said she had to go because she had someone standing in front of her and then hung up on me. Don't recommend this location

Usually Subway is fine. The food is good, somewhat healthy. 99% of the time at this one, you have to tell "them" to wipe off the knife they want to cut with. Just sticking it in ice water between orders, doesn't clean it off. When you ask them to wipe the knife, they look at you as if you've lost your mind. Cross contamination is rampant in QSR's.
