This was one of the worst experiences at any Subway I’ve been to in Puyallup. Usually this place has been great but not today (5/27/26). There was only one girl working and she literally had me standing there, while she began an online order in front of me. It was a fairly large order with 3 foot longs with various toppings and one of the sandwiches had to be warmed up. She did not look up once until she had finished the order. This is not good customer service. She did greet me, but there was no small talk, no explanation or anything. When someone is standing there waiting to order and nobody else is in line, the customer should always be helped first. She could have put the order aside for a minute (I had a small sandwich and it took two minutes) and helped me. This person needs some good training for customer service skills.

Not welcoming at all, we were treated especially unwelcoming when we asked for 3 footlongs. I love subway but most of these shops are horrible anymore.
