  7yrs no claims or issues. I work out of town a lot and had electronic payment so insurance would not lag. This agency took full advantage and raised premium from around $525 to $672 on my yearly electronic payment. Never called, just billed. 8mos later they sent another notice (they never called ever about these changes) and know want another $201 saying they made a mistake and did not charge me enough 8mos before. Now in April their renewal notice wants $672 just like in April 2015. So I get a policy elsewhere for $250 less for 40% more coverage and now this vindictive lady sends me a bill for $201 for unpaid premiums they tacked on 8 mos after a yearly premium was paid. Stay away. P.S I have to give a star to post.
