  This location shipped 2 out of my 3 packages to the wrong destinations and has done absolutely nothing to make the situation right. I was told, “The labels were not mixed up after you left the store.” But clearly something went wrong at this location because two of my three packages ended up at the wrong destinations. I sent three emails and called on four separate occasions trying to get answers. I was repeatedly told they needed time to “review the footage” and even had to “request the footage from corporate.” I was then told it could take another week to hear back. Yet shortly after my most recent call, they suddenly had access to the footage and concluded that nothing went wrong on their end. Meanwhile, I am out the money for the items I was trying to return, and they won’t even refund me for the shipping labels I purchased from them for packages that did not make it to the correct destinations. Mistakes happen. What is completely unacceptable is the lack of accountability or any real effort to make things right. The owner has taken zero responsibility for what happened at his business and has shown very little concern for the money I’ve lost as a result. A shipping store has one primary job: make sure packages are sent to the correct destination. When two out of three packages end up in the wrong places, something clearly went wrong. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong here, do not expect this location to take responsibility or help resolve it.

  They have many convenient services. There is a lot of help to get problems solved and keep things moving.

  Thanks for the excellent service! Not only Amazon returns but helped me package the ones that needed labels. Cost a little extra, but I appreciated getting all my business done. Very helpful!

  Ja'nelle at the Port Townsend location was the most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by, I didn't know what I was doing and she just did pretty much everything for me on my phone to return 3 things, while also helping like 10 other people at the same time, she was like a superhero flying back and forth behind that counter literally helping 3 of us at the same time, I was super impressed, i live an hour and 15 minutes away in Port Angeles, and i will make the drive to go to this location specifically because of her fluent and effortless knowledge of how to run this store, while she was doing my 3 Amazon Returns (which she even started the returns for me through my amazon account on my phone because i didnt know what i was doing), she was helping other people ship packages, shred paper, and use the kiosk.
