  I made a simple mistake on the website for the type of bread for my son's sandwich and when I went to go pick up the order I caught the mistake. They charged me for a whole other sandwich when really they just gave me a second loaf and put all the ingredients from the first one in it. Cost me an extra $10. Lame...
