Barley any toppings, my order was 30 minutes late. All the guy talk about was getting off work earlier trying to close the store at 830 on a Friday night. Would not prepare more topping even shorted me bacon and spinach right in front of my face. Complaining from other customers in the store. There was tuna in the chicken he mixed it to make more chicken! I’m calling in the morning!!

Putting cheese on the rolls coming out of the oven is apparently more important than waiting on a customer. Online orders take precedence over in person. Then when you ask for service you get a sarcastic “we have to do this before you” & another sarcastic “thank you”. Too many Subways in town for that kind of customer service!

January 3rd, 2025 8:58 PM The lone worker in the store had a bad attitude. She didn't welcome me in to the store, didn't have a name badge on so I can't name her here, receipt didn't have her name either. Long hair loosely tied back but lots of strands weren't tied back. She should be wearing a hairnet. My sandwich was not toasted long enough as the meat was still cold.
She was not conversational at all and came off like she'd rather be anywhere but there. Not customer service oriented at all. If I come back here, I will walk out immediately if I see her behind the counter. Extremely unsatisfied with my experience here.
