  Came in yesterday in the evening the lady was super nice and even though there was multiple orders she paid attention to me and was efficient. Good customer service and good quality food

  This is regarding the location on Borgen Blvd In Gig Harbor. The portions of meat and cheese are miniscule at best. You get less than half of what you would normally get anywhere else. If you point out that short fall, they say you can buy extra meat/cheese. A total rip off. That's if you can even get service at all at this location. In previous visits I've wasted ten minutes or more waiting for service that never came. The manager was supposedly cleaning the bathroom and completely ignored me. One guy did come up front, but refused to serve me, saying he wasn't trained yet. I ended up leaving with nothing because I can't be late for work. Service and what you actually get if they don't ignore you completely is horrendous at this location. This place is a total rip off. Avoid this location
